Volunteer Open House

Are you ready to
unleash your inner Adventurer, Explorer, Traveler or Detective?
Or to share the history of Sacramento’s early days
with school groups and visitors to the Sacramento History Museum?

Then join us Saturday, June 29 from 11am – 2pm!

The Sacramento History Museum is looking for volunteers to assist with everything from school programs to special events to living history. If you are interested in learning more about the many volunteer opportunities available with the Sacramento History Museum, we encourage you to join us for our Volunteer Open House where you can see hands-on program props, talk to current volunteers, and learn about the various roles and experiences we offer. No commitment required!

The Volunteer Open House will run from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Sacramento History Museum, 101 I Street in Old Sacramento. Sacramento History Museum admission is complimentary for interested potential volunteers. Before attending, please RSVP to Alex Smith at amsmith@sachistorymuseum.org.
